Panel: Agile Processes and Human-Centered Design in IT Infrastructure

Federal IT modernization successes rely heavily on being user-friendly and streamlining the agency mission. Some federal agencies are turning to DevOps, Agile processes and human-centered design to shape their IT infrastructure.
