NLM’s COVID-19 Data is Driving the Future of Public Health

The National Library of Medicine has collected and provided COVID-19 literature, clinical trial information and more to help us overcome the pandemic.

The National Library of Medicine has long served as the stewards of a vast repository of medical research data. Lately, NLM has ramped up its digital services around COVID-19 data to provide genomic mapping, literature and clinical trial information for the virus. The agency’s National Center for Biotechnology Information Acting Director Dr. Steve Sherry shares how this data is informing the public health response around COVID-19 and its future.
