The Centers of Excellence at General Services Administration aims to accelerate IT modernization by centralizing best practices across a number of focus areas. COE Director of Acquisitions Omid Ghaffari-Tabrizi and Director of Artificial Intelligence Krista Kinnard came to the agency with a mission to accelerate how government adopts AI.
